Monkey

Price:

New hotspot Monkey in Sant Antoni brings Paris to Ibiza! Monkey is a sister restaurant to “Monkey Pigalle. This hot spot is chic and trendy, with furniture inspired by festivals, but with a relaxed Tulum atmosphere. The restaurant breathes bohemian with the wooden chairs and beautiful symbols. The highlight of the restaurant has to be its prime location. Here you can truly enjoy the most beautiful sunsets from the lovely terrace.

Monkey is a bit of a secret spot where there are three different concepts to explore; the restaurant, the bar and the nightclub. The restaurant’s menu offers Mediterranean dishes all made for sharing. All ingredients are “farm to table,” and dishes change with the seasons to keep everything as fresh as possible. Besides the taste, the appearance is also to die for; the simplest dishes look like you are dining in a Michelin-starred restaurant. This is all thanks to chefs Antony Faotto, Ben Janaud and David Janaud.

Bar
And then there’s the bar area! Here you can enjoy the most extraordinary selected wines from biodynamic vintners who have passed on their knowledge from generation to generation. There are more than 50 selected specialty wines from all over France. The selection ranges from white to sparkling, so there is sure to be something to suit your personal taste! In addition to wine, Monkey also has the tastiest cocktails.

Nightclub
Last but not least, Monkey is also a nightclub where Parisian Electro music takes over Sant Antoni Bay. The club is open Thursday through Sunday. Monkey’s club is inspired by the famous Parisian concept “Aphrodizia” and opens its doors to international names from the electro music scene, such as, Sebastien Léger, Roy Rosenfeld and Birds of Minds. Monkey’s motto: see nothing, say nothing and hear nothing.
