Job Overview

We are seeking an Account Manager Partnerships to join our growing team, based in Spain (ideally Ibiza or other strategic areas). The Account Manager will play a key role in maintaining and expanding our relationships with homeowners, property management companies and strategic partners across Spain. You will be responsible for growing our supply portfolio, ensuring top-notch service and maximizing property performance through strategic price management, exclusive deals and increased bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

– Maintain and manage strong relationships with existing property owners and management companies, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

– Serve as the main point of contact for property partners, providing regular performance updates, price management advice and market insights.

– Work with property partners to maximize bookings by negotiating exclusive deals, special offers and promotions.

Partner Acquisition

– Identify, approach and acquire new property owners and management companies across Spain to expand our portfolio of luxury villas and vacation rentals.

– Focus on securing exclusive partnerships that differentiate One of a Kind Travel from competitors.

– Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of properties on the platform, especially in high-demand and underrepresented areas.

Performance Optimization

– Analyze property performance data and advise property partners on pricing, availability and market trends to improve booking rates and profitability.

– Conduct regular reviews of property performance, recommending adjustments to rates, booking conditions and promotions as necessary.

– Work closely with internal teams (marketing, bookings, tech) to ensure seamless operations and enhance the property partner experience.

Strategic Partnerships

– Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the travel, real estate and hospitality sectors to drive growth and strengthen One of a Kind Travel’s presence in Spain.

– Collaborate with local and international brands to create value-added services and packages for guests and property owners.

Market Expertise

– Keep up-to-date with the local luxury travel and villa rental market, understanding trends, pricing strategies and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the business and property partners.

– Actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities to represent One of a Kind Travel and develop new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

– 2+ years of experience in account management, partnerships or business development within the luxury travel, real estate or hospitality sectors.

– Proven track record of acquiring and managing high-value partnerships with property owners, management companies or strategic partners.

– Strong understanding of the (luxury) vacation rental market in Spain, particularly in Ibiza and other key regions.

– Experience with performance management, pricing strategies and using data to optimize booking and occupancy rates.

– Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.

– Ability to travel within Spain as needed to meet with property partners and attend industry events.

– Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

– Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, performance dashboards and property management tools is a plus.
