Beach club opening dates Ibiza 2023
Ready for an unforgettable summer in 2023? We do! Ibiza is slowly coming out of its winter hibernation and we are greatly looking forward to the best weeks of the year, the opening of the beach clubs and thus the official “opening” of the island! From authentic spots where you eat a fish among the locals on plastic chairs to sleek trendy spots where you party among the jet set. The doors of beach clubs have never opened as early as this year, so we list the opening dates of your favorite in advance:
1. ATZARO BEACH CLUB | MARCH 24, 2023
Atzaro beach is located on the beach of Cala Nova. It is located near Fish & Tonic. From here you have a view of the private island of Tago Mago. The whole thing is very Mediterranean in decor, white/blue and fishing boats. The terrace outside is very large and partially covered. For the littlest ones, there is also a play area here. In season, there is often live music and you can also use a masseur. Therefore, the cuisine is Mediterranean with many fish dishes. The food is of good quality but on the pricey side. Cocktails are priced between 12 and 16 euros. If you spend over €70 euros, the sunbeds are free. This restaurant is very popular with families. The only drawback is the ugly resort hidden behind the restaurant.
2. CALA BASSA BEACH CLUB – CBBC | MARCH 30, 2023
Cala Bassa Beach Club is a collection of 4 restaurants on Cala Bassa beach . It covers almost the entire beach! There are several seating areas with varying prices for the sunbeds. There is a sushi tent, a French gourmet “restaurant,” and the “snack corner” where you can get a nice burger or pizza.
The Cbbc snack corner is for those in the mood for a sandwich, pizza burgers or hot dogs. This is the farthest away from the beach club. Here you have a terrace under the trees and a view of the bay. You can also find another boutique where you can buy some trendy Ibiza clothing and accessories. About halfway down the beach and then toward the dunes you will find the massage area. A large circular open space with beds in a circle.

3. COCO BEACH | APRIL 1, 2023
Coco Beach is the southernmost beach club on Playa den Bossa next to Nassau Beach. You could characterize it as a true Ibiza beach club. Think big white beds, champagne, valet parking and a lot of handsome people. DJs often spin during the day. The restaurant here is very good with an extensive menu. In high season, there are regular parties here with various artists and dancers. A wonderful place to sunbathe during the day and eat in the evening.
4. CHIRINGUITO GRACIONETA | APRIL 1, 2023
On the beach of Gracioneta you will find “Chiringuito Gracioneta. It takes some searching but really worth visiting. You get here by taking the traffic circle at Sa Capella west to the Hotel Stella Maris. Then take the first left there and then the third right. You are then at the back of the restaurant where you enter the beach and restaurant.
A perfect place to go with children. The sand is very fine and in the bay the water is shallow for a long time. A little further around the corner, the water can get a little rougher but this is cordoned off with buoys. If you go under here to the left you will end up on the somewhat lesser beach of Cala Gracio. By the way, you can also walk over the rocks to Cala Gracio.

Cotton Beach Club is located on the beautiful beach of Cala Tarida. This upscale beach club features chic furniture, stylish beds, a private sandy beach and a beautiful sea view. In addition, Cotton Beach Club is very suitable for weddings or other celebrations and parties.
The beautiful restaurant serves lunch and dinner a la carte with a varied menu. Be aware that the menu is pricey. Cotton Beach Club is suitable for a perfect day at the beach, after which you can use changing cabins and private showers. Then you can enjoy the beautiful sunset over a delicious dinner and wine. 6. NASSAU BEACH CLUB | APRIL 1, 2023
Nassau Beach Club is a trendy place located on the beach of Playa d’en Bossa. It is Playa den Bossa’s second southernmost beach resort next to Coco Beach. You are generally not bothered here by the partygoers who go to the flat Bora Bora club.
It is actually an upscale restaurant (teppanyaki) and a club all in one. There are often parties here during the season. The range of cocktails is unsurpassed. On the beach there are (many) large beach beds, great for spending the day.
7. AMANTE BEACH CLUB | APRIL 22, 2023
Amante is a very intimate and stylish beach club at Sol d’en Serra, a little further away from Cala Llonga. It is located a bit above the beach, and you therefore have a wonderful view of the bay. Upstairs is the dining area, on the terrace below is a cocktail bar, and another platform below are some 25 sunbeds. Downstairs is a private beach for guests. This beach, by the way, is of somewhat lesser quality, but you will only need to use it to walk from your bed to the water for a little splash. The cuisine is Mediterranean and uses fresh produce from the island. Arriving early or making reservations is recommended.
