Hi you! My name is Merrith, 25 years old, love fashion, interior design and of course Ibiza. Secretly, I can be found there every summer. Probably somewhere at a beach club with friends AND sangria. Or vice versa…. I love the atmosphere, and love writing about all the new places Ibiza has to offer.
When you think of Ibiza, you think extravagant nightlife, beautiful women in mini bikinis, sangria, lots of music, muscular men….. But Ibiza has so much more to it. I have so many other special memories of the island. The relaxed atmosphere, the most wonderful beach clubs, small authentic villages; when I think about it, I want to book a ticket right now. The bad thing is, I’m afraid I’m actually going to do that.
At the very idea of beach club El Chiringuito at Es Cavallet beach, totally my favorite, I am already thinking in my head what kind of bikini I am going to put on, and all I can think about are the delicious smoothies they serve there on the beach. The white and wood combined interior makes it a very nice and super relaxing place to be.
Villa of the week: Casa Tranquila
Now with 15% discount
Villa Casa Tranquila is your own paradise in Ibiza! Here you will have little noise and enjoy an oasis of tranquility.
Especially nice to go in the morning, pick out a bed and have a delicious lunch (burger with homemade fries, or the delicious chicken teriyaki salad….). Tip: Make sure you get there a little early, as no beds can be reserved in advance. Many BN’ers are spotted here, as in many other fancy places in Ibiza.
El Chiringuito closes around 9 p.m. Before this time, if all goes well, some half liters of sangria with cava have been poured in … because they are also top notch there 😉
Featured Ibiza Villas
By the way, swimming is a little less pleasant, there is often a lot of seaweed in the water in summer. But that is really the only downside of this wonderful place in Ibiza. Fortunately, you can also rinse off under the outdoor shower. While you’re there … take a quick look at the mini store that sits here. Often at these types of beach clubs there are small stores where you can buy bikinis and some beach dresses. There is a second store in the parking lot at El Chiringuito. Here you can buy the cutest wicker bags, wonderfully breezy summer dresses, bikinis and beach towels.
Boat Rental & Car Rental Ibiza
Thanks to our local knowledge, we offer boat and car rentals in addition to cozy homes. Explore Ibiza’s coves from the water or its roads in style.
Since last summer, the owner of El Chiringuito has also opened ‘Beachhouse‘ at Playa d’en Bossa; the most touristic beach near Ibiza town. So a busier place, but also this place looks beautiful. Also here, as at many other beach clubs in Ibiza, there is a wonderful atmosphere created. Prices are pretty high though, you quickly pay more than €20 for a drink. But we are used to this by now in Ibiza. But, that shouldn’t spoil the fun 😉
