Lovely house, very cozy, good location, nice places within walking distance and good bread at the local supermarkets. The house is old and you notice that here and there. A lot of nuisance from ants (don't leave anything on the counter and keep everything in the refrigerator), the dishwasher has really had its day. The house itself is also quite dark inside. But still fun. It is good to realize that you are close to a main road, so you can get to places quickly, but you can hear the traffic a bit.

Casa Typico is a fantastic house! We enjoyed it so much. Rent House Ibiza arranged everything perfectly and contact with the owner of the villa also went very smoothly. Both parties did everything they could to make our stay as perfect as possible! And that was it!!! A very spacious complex in a beautiful garden. Authentic. Very quiet location, but many beaches, shops and fun nearby. Neat rooms and bathrooms, lovely swimming pool and the outdoor area is a big plus for us. What a wonderful time it was to stay there. Had a great week with the family!
