If the house is not rented before or after your booking, you may be able to check in earlier or check out later by mutual agreement. In the calendar of the house on our website you can see for yourself if there are bookings before and after you, if not you can request 3 days in advance if it is possible with your contact person. You will receive the details of your contact person about a week before your departure to Ibiza in the arrival procedure.

Yes this is possible. We will then request it from the owner, and confirm it with you. We can hold this option for you for up to 2 days.

You pay 30-50% to (this varies by house and you will see at the bottom of the house page), and the remaining amount 6 weeks before time. Should you book within 6 weeks before departure, we ask that you pay the full amount.

This is sometimes possible, but varies from house to house. However, they often charge relatively more than just the daily rate. This is because of relatively high costs, and because an owner prefers to rent a whole week and in this way misses that opportunity. We rent for a minimum of 4 nights where you often pay for 5 or 7 nights. If you really want to rent for less than a week, we can also recommend a luxury agroturismo or apartment.

We actually only rent if you have rented a house, because this is an extra service. You make a reservation with us, we pass it on to the rental company, and they will be ready for you at the airport. There you pay, make a copy of your driver’s license, and drive away!

Yes, it is up to date, but not “real time. Therefore, a booking may have been made at a house today or yesterday that has not yet been processed on the site. Should you wish to book a house, we will always have to verify it with the owner.

You can rent a crib and high chair at the villa. The cost for a cot is €5 per night and for a chair €2.50 per night. Should you wish to rent them during your stay at the villa you can indicate this in your booking or send your request to us by email.
