Slightly outside the village of Portinatx you will find Cala Xuclar. A small beach away from the crowds. If you are ready for some peace and quiet, this is a great beach to go to. The photos below were taken in late May, the municipality was just removing the seaweed. In high season there is a small kiosk here where you can buy some refreshments. There are also some fishing huts in the bay and if you go a little further around the rocks you have a beautiful view of the sea. The road to this is quite steep downhill. Especially with scooters, there is some caution here.
