During the introduction to our home, they really took the time to listen to our story and look at the house thoroughly, there was an immediate click through openness and mutual respect.
We noticed right away how professionally everything was handled, no detail was left out. It was not only about the customer needs and commercial point of view, but also the homeowner was thought about and tips/advice were given that really helped us a lot in order to optimize the cooperation. After that, it quickly became apparent that communication was very smooth because they are available 24/7 and the office is open 7 days. Also not entirely usual; the entire team is resident in Ibiza, speak all languages (NL, EN, DE, FR, ES) and therefore incredibly involved with homeowners and their clients.
