between 42 and 28 days before arrival: 60% of the total price.

We had a wonderful holiday here with our 3 children (all under 5 years old). The reception by the neighbor was very pleasant. He briefly explained the whole house and if there is anything you can call him. There were many cold drinks ready in the refrigerator. The plot is completely fenced, the children immediately dived into the garden. The swimming pool slopes, so even the little ones can have fun. The sun shines on the entire terrace all day, disappears behind some trees around 5 pm and then returns. You can get anywhere in no time by car, so the location is perfect. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have their own bathroom (there is no bath - for families with smaller children). The entire house has sliding doors with lockable shutters and an alarm system. The kitchen has everything you can think of and its own water filter (so no lugging around bottles). Children can play pool, darts, basketball, football, table tennis, on the trampoline or look for animals in the large garden. We used the outdoor BBQ every day. We really recommend this house to young families. The kids can't leave and have fun all day!
