Very nice villa in what we think is the best part of Ibiza. The villa has been partially modernized while retaining original details and atmosphere. Living room and bedrooms are all equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer and microwave. Nice and spacious garden with of course a nice swimming pool. The presence of Sonos (an indoor soundbar and an amplifier with outdoor speakers) also means that you can create your own atmosphere with music. So it is not necessary to bring a speaker. The garden is very nice and the sunbeds are great. Tip: turn off the garden lights on a clear night and go stargazing, because given the location of the villa it is quite dark! We rented this villa for 8 days with two families with 2 children aged 1 year and 1.5 years. Smaller supermarkets are available in the vicinity, but for larger groceries you should take into account a 25-minute drive to Santa Eularia (Eroski). The nearest beach is Benirras and that has turned out to be our favorite beach. It is a pebble beach, but that won't bother you. The water is crystal clear and very calm due to the location of the bay, our children had a great time playing in the surf. We would recommend this villa to everyone.

Fantastic Villa in the North of the Island. Great pool and layout with nice BBQ area. Small supermarket and restaurant within 1km. Benirras Beach is 10 mins drive, excellent snorkelling and 3 restaurants to choose from with local market 2-3 days a week. Great place to base your self if you want to be in the countryside. San Antonio / Ibiza Town both 25-30 mins drive away. If you want to use taxis you may have to walk to the end of the track (10mins) as not all of them will come to the house up a bumpy gravel track.
